FAQ

What items are best suited for hand-painting?

Structured pieces with flat, stable surfaces work best. Trunks, and bags built with structure like the Goyard Jouvence pouch or Louis Vuitton Poche Toilette, hold the design without warping. Softer, unstructured items like duffles can also be painted, but the canvas shifts more with use. Keep pieces stuffed when not in use and avoid repeated friction against other items to protect the artwork long term.

Wallets are a special case. Daily use, especially in a pocket or loose in a bag, wears the surface faster than other less used items. Clients who choose a wallet should expect to handle it with more care than a piece used less often.

How does the commission process work, start to finish?

Submit your reference photos and the item you'd like painted. Once approved, a deposit secures your spot in the queue. You'll receive a mockup to approve before painting begins. The finished piece can be picked up locally in Beverly Hills, couriered, or shipped back to you.
